Why Reverse Marketing Is So Hot

Tuesday, July 31st, 2007

By Mari-Lyn Hudson When I share this concept with people, they just shake their heads and say, What are you talking about? They think I have lost my mind. It reminds me of when I was promoting the idea of using “kindness” in business. Whats kindness got to do with business? I will let you figure that one out for yourself Some people just dont get it. I guess it’s because the traditional marketing is so ingrained. Did you know that it has been shown that Reverse Marketing can cut costs of direct marketing from 5 to 30%? Attraction Marketing is very similar to Reverse Marketing. Since the movie “The Secret came out, there are 100s of books out there about attracting whatever you want into your life. I think its great because it helps us shift our perception, our way of thinking, whether it is in our personal or in our business lives. You can now take advantage of opportunities that come your way. “Allow yourself to be dazzled and surprised by the results.” Quote by Joe Vitale Mr. Fire. Here are three steps to change your position in attracting customers and using Reverse Marketing strategies. 1. Attract provide incentives like FREE e-zines, a FREE e-book or another promotional item that your. customers want or may need. Remember FREE is the most powerful word on the internet.2. Assist - co-create, co-operate and collaborate with your strategic alliances and/or your customers. 3. Affiliate develop affiliate partnerships! These are 3rd party relationships. They could be businesses. that offer similar products and services than your own, or perhaps they completely different. Offer anywhere from a 1 20% commission in sending business your way. Dont be stingy. Pay well and on time. If 20% of our customers buy our services and we can keep up-selling them why do we think we need 1000s of customers? Can you serve them all? Maybe, maybe not. Something to consider.Until next time,Love & Happiness to you all! Written by Mari-Lyn Hudson of Heart@Work Marketing she can be reached at 866-667-0166 or info(at) http://www.heartatworkonline.org. The Cultural Beauty of a Celtic Engagement Ring

Monday, July 30th, 2007

By Brian Welsch The beauty, intricate designs and symbolism of the Claddagh engagement ring and other Celtic engagement rings has built a following among many young couples today. In a world of turmoil, confusion and duplicity, many of the younger generations are revisiting their roots for direction and guidance. The Irish community is rich in mythology, spiritualism and cultural beliefs. The Celtic engagement ring is a sign of deeply held family customs and beliefs. A Sentimental Gift is Found in the Celtic Engagement Ring The Celtic engagement rings are known for the sentiment that is symbolized in each ring. The designer usually bases the design of each ring on a wedding sentiment such as “love for all eternity”, “tying the knot” and some other sentiments of love. Then the ring is designed to match and is named after the emotion or sentiment. Most rings have some sort of knot shape or combination of knots to symbolize the union of two lives. The most popular style of Celtic engagement ring is the Claddagh engagement ring. The Claddagh is Rich in Irish Folklore The Claddagh is the symbol for the Republic of Ireland, a design that is deeply embedded in the Irish folklore. The image on the ring is that of two hands surrounding a heart with a royal crown placed directly above the heart. The design symbolizes the welcoming hands of a marriage union; a strong and loving heart and the crown represent the proud people of Ireland. Many Believe Irish Design isn’t “Irish” Unless it’s Made in Ireland There is a common held belief that jewelry made in the Irish design isn’t real if it wasn’t made in Ireland. There are specific regions in Ireland that are responsible for custom design. So a couple shopping for the symbolism, sentiment and beauty of a true Celtic engagement ring would want to access Irish internet web sites or a visit to a jeweler of Irish heritage. However, keep in mind that in many traditional Irish circles, it is considered bad manners to wear the Claddagh if you are not of Irish descent. The Claddagh Engagement Ring is Rich in the Irish Culture The Claddagh Celtic engagement ring usually doubles as the wedding band. While the Claddagh engagement ring is available in a wide variety of styles, the specification to how it is to be worn is absolute. The importance of Claddagh Celtic engagement ring is significant with how it is worn on the young woman’s hand. When a woman wears a Claddagh ring, she must turn the heart inwards if she is unmarried and change the direction of the heart upon becoming betrothed. The heart facing outward tells the world that she is bound is marriage and has given her heart away. Repairing Your Lawn Mower

Thursday, July 26th, 2007

By Mandy Fain Most homeowner’s need to have a quality lawn mower that works well so that they can keep their yard looking nice. There are also larger types of lawn mowers used for clearing fields and for farming. They come in the forms of hover mowers, riding mowers, rotary mowers, and robotic mowers. Regular maintenance is essential to keeping it working as it should. You may also have to do some repairs. When it comes to repairing your lawn mower you have the option of doing it yourself or having it repaired by a professional in that field. You will be able to save money if you are able to repair it on your own but it depends on what the problem is. The majority of lawn mower issues are easy to take care of and you can troubleshoot them without investing too much time. The most common problem with a lawn mower is that it wont start. This can be the result of several things but start by seeing if the gas supply is working properly. Next check the throttle, the fuse, and the spark plug. If all these items seem to be in good working order check the power source. A good way to see if it is working is to check the air filter. Is it possible that it is clogged by grass or other debris. The gas in the fuel container may not be any good. If you think the fuel is bad then drain it as well as the carburetor and add clean gas. It should now be working and ready to go. If not then you should take it to an expert who can look it over. Make sure you conduct regular maintenance on the lawn mower so it will stay in top running condition for you. Refer to your owners manual to ensure you are following the procedures correctly. You can also find more information at Robot Lawn Mower and Sickle Mower. Death of a Friendship

Wednesday, July 18th, 2007

By Toni Star Death in any form is awful and the loneliness and emptiness that follows can be difficult at best. When someone close to you dies, there is grief, anger, sorrow and later acceptance. The same applies to the death of a close friend but I think that in some cases the grief is more devastating because that person is still alive and wanting nothing to do with you. My experience with the death of a close friend occurred while being stationed in Germany several years ago. I developed a close friendship with a woman several years older than I and it happened because our husbands served in the Army and because of employment similarities, the four of us not only worked together but also socialized and found that we had a lot in common.. It was during Desert Storm when fear and separation was the norm of the day; that is about the time when our friendship strengthened even more.. Because our husbands worked long hours and were gone to long into many an evening, we became close and went to many Army functions together and often talked on the phone four hours. We shared hobbies, special confidences and hopes for the future. If it werent for God, my husband and this special friend, getting through those turbulent and unsettling times would have been much difficult and demanding. When she and her husband left Germany, my husband and I helped them with the move, their future plans and wished them well. My husband and I stayed on for another year and then returned to the stateshappily to their home town. Her husband helped my husband to find a job at his place of employment and we rekindled our relationship once again Then, when my husband and I retired from t he military, we went back home to Ohio. They were sorry to see us go, helped us with the move and said that they would keep in touch. I felt that they would, so I went back to Ohio happy in the knowledge that our friendship would continue I knew that the distance between us would cause some problems but I still had hope that the friendship would continue. Letters from my friend and phone calls, at first were consistent and supporting but it wasnt longmaybe about a year or two– when the calls and letters began to diminish. I suppose I knew deep down that this would happen and that it was normal but still, I was hurt and disappointedfor my friend and I shared so much The pain, the awful pain that followed once I knew deep down that the friendship was overdeadlingered with me for several years. It stayed with me like a throbbing headache that just wouldnt go away Ive gone through the death of several loved ones and the pain was hard to get through but there was something about the death of a friendship that was more difficultknowing that this friend was still alive and wanted nothing to do with meSure, the distance was a big part of it but knowing that this person didnt want to share anything with me anymore, well, I just had a hard time getting through that.. It took me years to come to the conclusion that it wasnt meit was her! There was something lacking in her, an unwillingness to give maybe, that made her throw something good away.. Years later, I have accepted that everything in life has an endespecially friendships and that its O.K. and maybe even good that they come to an end.. Most likely, there are those unworthy of a solid, decent friendship and it is their great loss; for you or I could be the very one to bring that person closer to salvation, God or just plain enjoyment of life! Now, I have several new friendships and they are going well; however, deep down inside I know that one day they, too, will end. And so, Im enjoying these friendships but with a different attitude residing in me. I now dont depend on someone else making me happy and fulfilled, for I know that that is up to me. I accept the good times and the sharing and rely only on God and myself for happiness and love. Lose Weight and Burn Fat with One Simple Eating Principle

Monday, July 16th, 2007

By Greg Ryan Fifteen years ago the doctors suggested that we eat pasta as a good healthy food. They also thought we would possibly lose some weight by doing so. Now we are eighteen percent fatter. Why? While pasta is not a bad food, we have altered our eating habits slightly. If you completed a food log for a week, you would see that your plate would consist of at least half being in one food group. Most of our diets are lopsided. This eventually slows down the digestive process. When people like me ask you to eat a balanced diet what does it mean? It could mean different things. I call balancing your foods, synergizing your food groups. Synergize means; the action of two or more forces. When is a car easier to turn the wheel? When you are sitting still or when you are going down the road? Yes, moving down the road. When you eat different types of food they feed off the others. This means the digestive system works more efficiently, thus steering the car much easier. Here are some eating suggestions to allow your body to synergize your food into fuel instead of fat: 1. Try not to eat breads with pastas. 2. Put carbohydrates, good fats, veggies, and proteins on your plate each time. 3. Wine and pastas are killers. 4. Never eat more than half your plate in complex carbohydrates or sugars. 5. Fish and veggies are good combinations. 6. One glass of wine at a time The general rule is to mix it up on your plate. If the plate is lopsided the tires on your fat burning machine will go flat. Foods work well together, not by themselves. START LOSING WEIGHT THE RIGHT WAY FOR GOOD TODAY! College - Your Last Year Must Do’s

Saturday, July 14th, 2007

By Michael Russell In this article we’re going to discuss what every student should do in his last year of college so that things don’t pile up on you and you’re ahead of the game. It’s the first semester of your last year. You look at the calendar and think you’ve got plenty of time to prepare for what comes next. It couldn’t be further from the truth and here’s why. In your last year of college this is where you’re doing your final research project for your major. Depending on what that major is, it can be a real whopper. For example, if you’re a marketing major, your assignment may be to research a company from the ground up and report on how it became successful. You may also be asked to design a fictional company and market it from square one. Whatever the assignment you can be assured that it will be very time consuming. You won’t have as much free time to prepare for life after college as you think. Therefore it is a good idea to start on several things as early as possible so that they don’t pile up on you. The first thing is deciding what comes after college. You basically have two choices here. You can either continue your education by going for a masters degree or you can decide that a BA is good enough and go out looking for a job. In the case of the former you don’t want to start applying for colleges at the end of your last semester or you may find that your advanced education career isn’t going to start when you’d like. Most colleges have deadlines for applications and they’re long before your last semester is over. So start applying for colleges early. If the college you’re attending has its own masters program and you plan to register, make sure you do this early. Even though you may be a current student your college also has deadlines. You don’t want to miss them. In the case of the latter where you’ve decided that you’ve had enough of school and want to get a job, you still want to get a jump on this. For starters, employers look favorably on students who start sending in applications early. This shows the prospective employer that the student is serious about his future, and many times a student will get a job just because he applied to the company early. Also, you want to make sure that you make a list of companies you want to apply to. Finding a job can be a long process and sometimes you can go on fifty interviews before you find something. You’re going to need all the time you can get to not only get applications for these companies but also to do the research on them. You don’t want to go into an interview cold. You want to be able to tell the H.R. person something about the company so they can see you did your homework. This can sometimes mean the difference between getting a job or not. Finally, you want to start on your rsum right away. Printers take a long time to get these together. Plus, there is lots of proofreading that needs to be done. You don’t want to save this for the last minute. By following these few simple tips, you can make your last year of college go a lot smoother. ——————————————————- Michael Russell Your Independent guide to College ——————————————————- Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Michael_Russell http://EzineArticles.com/?College—Your-Last-Year-Must-Dos&id=155214 carisoprodol and tablets been buying who online about soma a carisoprodol which domain both onlinesmtpru see timbuk2 have soma are
